How the money works
Parents pay the team directly, however it already collects: a payment app, its own donation page or cash. An admin confirms each payment by hand; Locker Room Fund never holds or moves money. Every pool tracks what's been collected, the prizes still ahead, and what's safe to spend now, so the team never spends prize money by accident. Everything past the prizes is the fundraiser.
One family, two inboxes
A parent can add a second email (a spouse's, a work one) from Your details. We email their own address to confirm it first; then both sign in to the same entries. The demo's play-through inbox shows both emails.
