Organizer Terms

These terms apply when you run pools for a Team as a Team admin. They add to the Terms of Service. You accept them for yourself and for your Team, and you confirm you have the authority to do that.

1. Your Team runs its pools

Your Team is the organizer of every pool it creates in Locker Room Fund. Your Team decides each pool's rules, prices and prizes (prizes lock at the pool's first deadline), admits its players, collects and holds every payment, confirms payments in the Service only when the money has arrived, refunds where its rules or the law require, pays prizes, keeps its own records, and answers its players.

2. Laws, taxes and payment providers

Your Team is solely responsible for making sure its pools are allowed where it and its players are, including laws on contests, raffles, gaming and charitable fundraising, and for any registration, license or report they require. Your Team admits only players who are 21 or older. Your Team handles any taxes on what it collects and pays out. Your Team follows the terms of every payment provider and donation platform it uses (some don't allow entry fees with prizes) and accepts the risk of a provider limiting its account.

3. What Forecheck does and doesn't do

Forecheck AI, LLC provides the software. It never receives, holds, moves or verifies money, isn't a party to any pool, doesn't run, sponsor or promote any pool, and charges Teams nothing today. If Forecheck ever charges a software fee, it will be a flat fee announced at least 30 days in advance, and never a share of what a Team collects. Scores come from public data and can be late or wrong; the Service is provided "as is" as described in the Terms of Service.

4. Your players' information

Use your players' information only to run your Team's pools and fundraiser, keep it private, and never sell it or use it for unrelated marketing. Only enter a child's first name and jersey number, and only with the permission of the child's parent or guardian.

5. Messages to players

Messages you send through the Service must be about your Team, its pools or its fundraiser. No advertising for other businesses, nothing unlawful, harassing or misleading. You are responsible for what you send.

6. Covering Forecheck

Your Team agrees to defend and cover Forecheck AI, LLC and its members, employees and agents against claims, fines, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that come from your Team's pools, payments, prizes, messages or use of players' information, or from your Team's breaking these terms or the law.

7. Suspension and ending

Forecheck may pause, hide or remove a pool or a Team that appears unlawful, abusive or in breach of these terms, and may end the Service. Your Team may stop at any time; on request we'll give you an export of your Team's pool records.

8. Disputes

Section 12 of the Terms of Service (arbitration, Arizona law and Maricopa County venue) also applies to disputes between your Team and Forecheck.
