Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Forecheck AI, LLC ("Forecheck," "we") collects through Locker Room Fund (lockerroomfund.com), how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

• Your account: your email address, any other address you add to sign in as you, the name you give, and, if you add them, your phone number and a payment app username.
• Your play: the pools you join, your entries, picks and tiebreak guesses, and the payment records you or a Team admin enter (amount, how it was paid, when, and whether the Team confirmed it). We never receive your money or any bank or card details.
• Team information: a Team's name, logo, colors and the payment details it publishes for its players (such as a payment app username, bank transfer details, a QR code or a donation page link).
• Rosters: for some games, a Team admin may enter players' first names and jersey numbers so the Team can see what each player raised. These are entered by adults; we never collect information from children.
• Sign-in and security: the one-time codes we email you (stored only in scrambled form) and the internet address a code was requested from, which we use to stop abuse and delete after 30 days.
• Questions about a team: if you ask about setting one up from our home page, the name, email, team and message you send, which we use only to reply to you, and a scrambled form of the internet address it came from, which we use to stop abuse and clear after 30 days.

We do not use advertising pixels, cross-site trackers, fingerprinting or analytics services, and we don't sell or rent your information or share it for advertising.

How we use it

To run the pools you're in (entries, picks, scoring, standings and prizes), to send emails about them (sign-in codes, payment confirmations, pick reminders, results and messages from your Team's admins), to keep the Service secure, and to fix problems. Every email we send is about a pool you're in or your account.

Who sees it

• Anyone with a pool's link: standings, results and, after each deadline, picks, with each player shown by first name and last initial.
• Your Team's admins: your full name, email, phone number, any payment app username you add, and payment records for their Team, so they can confirm payments and pay prizes.
• Forecheck: everything above, to run and support the Service.
• Our service providers: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database, United States) and Resend (email delivery) process information for us under their own security commitments. Sports scores come from public sources; we send them none of your information.
• When the law requires it: we may share information to comply with law or legal process, or to protect people from harm.

How long we keep it

We keep pool records (entries, picks, results and payment records) for 3 years after the pool's season ends so Teams can answer questions about their fundraiser, then delete or anonymize them. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes, and sign-in request records are deleted after 30 days, as are requests to add a sign-in address. Questions sent from our home page are deleted after a year.

Your choices

• You can change your name, phone number and any payment app username in your details at any time.
• You can ask us to correct or delete your information at info@forecheckai.com. We'll do it within 30 days. Payment records a Team needs for its own accounting are anonymized instead of deleted.
• A parent can ask us or the Team to remove a child's name from a roster at any time.
• To stop emails about a pool, ask your Team's admin to remove you from it, or contact us.

Our Service doesn't respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals differently, because we don't track you across other sites.

Children

The Service is for adults 21 and older. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Rosters hold only first names and jersey numbers entered by adults. If you believe a child gave us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Security

We use encrypted connections, scrambled sign-in codes, database access controls and limits on sign-in attempts. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we'll notify you as Arizona law requires.

Changes and contact
